Reservation Policy

CHECK-IN:  4PM
Check-in time is any time after 4:00 pm.  We offer Self Check-in where Room # and PIN codes are texted and emailed after the guest has registered (https://www.deltalodging.com/check-in).  Please keep an eye on your inbox for reservation details.   We will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, etc.)  however, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.  Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time, please contact us directly in advance.

CHECK-OUT:  10AM
Check-out is at 10:00 am. If you require a later check-out, please contact administration before 9:00 am on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Any delay to check-out will incur an extra night being added to the final bill.  

 

RESERVATION CHANGES

For changes made after check-in, we require 24-hour advance notice of reservation changes or modifications, including early check-outs or stay extensions. Failure to notify staff in this time frame, will incur an Early Termination Fee (ETF) of one night to the final bill, unless prior authorization has been expressly given from Delta Lodging.   


SMOKING POLICIES
Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is prohibited in the buildings, common areas, or rooms.  Smoking is only permitted outside the buildings.  Please note that violation of our policy will incur a $300 fee.

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all guests in their rooms and all the hotel area.  For login details, please see your reservation details or your in-room welcome sheet.

PARKING POLICY
Private parking is free on the premises and limited to one parking space per room reservation.  If you need an additional parking space, please contact administration in advance.

PET POLICIES  (ALASKA FRONTIER INN)

Alaska Frontier Inn allows one pet ($25/night and under 45lb) only in designated rooms as not all of our rooms are pet-friendly to accommodate other guests with allergies.  Consequently, ALL PETS must be declared on the Registration form.  Please note that failure to disclose a pet is considered a violation of our policy and will incur a $160 fee. We require all guests traveling with animals (personal and service) to notify hotel staff at time of booking or during pre-registration  (https://www.deltalodging.com/kiosk) to ensure the proper room is allocated.  Delta Lodging LLC will maintain their own pet / animal policy outside of ensuring full ADA compliance.  Guests that have not disclosed a pet are subject to a $160 fee per violation of policy. Personal pets are not allowed in the main lobby and common areas of the building. Service animals and guide animals under the ADA, as amended, are accepted but must be disclosed and "registered" upon entering the property to eliminate confusion with staff and other guests.


DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Delta Lodging properties caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.  In case of damage caused by the Guest, the Guest will be required to cover the cost of all damages.

VALUABLES
If you travel with valuables, please keep them safely secured in your vehicle.  The Hotel is not responsible for any stolen or lost items.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Delta Lodging is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, personal emergencies, travel changes or any other event.  Cancellation charges will be processed with the card used to secure the reservation.

  1. Short-term stays:  Guests may cancel without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours before the check-in time.  Cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of the check-in time or “no shows” are subject to a charge equal to one night’s stay.  Room reservations will be released by 11:00 AM the morning following the scheduled check-in time in the event of a “no show.”  Charges will be process

  2. Extended stays: Extended stays (10+ consecutive nights) are subject to a minimum 5-night deposit. The deposit is non-refundable should the reservation be changed or cancelled within seventy-two hours of the check-in time.

  3.  Group reservations:  Large group reservations (5+ rooms) are subject to a 20% deposit and must obtain prior approval by Delta Lodging management.  The deposit becomes non-refundable should the reservation be changed or cancelled within ten (10) business days of the check-in time.
